The album

Night Album is for private events. The host creates the album, holds the code and QR, and is responsible for the album and for what guests upload. Do not upload photos you do not have the right to share.

Night Album does not own guest photos. You keep your rights. You give the host and anyone with the code permission to see them in that album, and you give us permission to store them so the album works. Details are in the privacy policy. privacy policy.

Hosts

If you are the host, you decide who gets the code. You should tell guests that photos are being collected for this private album. You are responsible for having a lawful reason to collect them (especially if children appear). You can close uploads or delete photos and the album from the studio.

Plans and prints

Free albums lock after 14 days. Paid plans last as long as the plan says. Guests pay nothing. Hosts pay Stripe for Night, Event, or Pro. Prints and shipping, when offered, are fulfilled by Gelato. We can remove an album that is illegal, abusive, or a leak of a private code used to spam.
